1. JUNK & DEBRIS
It shall be unlawful for any person having supervision or control of any lot, tract, parcel of land or portion thereof, occupies or unoccupied, improved or unimproved, within the City to allow or permit weeds, rubbish or any unsightly, objectionable or unsanitary matter of whatever nature to grow, accumulate or remain on the parkway, which includes the area between the property line and the curb line of adjacent streets, and where no curb exists, the area extending to the adjacent street, and for alleys, the area extending to the centerline of the alley.

2. TALL WEEDS & GRASS
The City Code of Ordinance requires that you maintain your property so as to keep grass, weeds, brush and vegetation, which is uncultivated, at a height of less than twelve (12) inches, including the parkway, which includes the area between the property line and the curb line of adjacent streets, and where no curb exists, the area extending to the adjacent street, and for alleys, the area extending to the centerline of the alley.

3. JUNK VEHICLES
Junked vehicle means a vehicle that is, and is: (1) Visible at any time of the year from a public place or public right-of way; and (2) self-propelled; and (3) Is: (a) Wrecked, dismantled or partially dismantled, or discarded; or (b) Inoperable and has remained inoperable for more than (i) Seventy-two (72) consecutive hours if the vehicle is on public property; or (ii) Thirty (30) consecutive days, if the vehicle is on private property; (4) And is: (a) A motor vehicle that displays an expired license plate or does not display a license plate; (b) an aircraft that does not have lawfully printed on the aircraft an unexpired federal aircraft identification number registered under Federal Aviation Administration aircraft registration regulations in 14 C.F.R. Part 47; or (c) a watercraft that: (i) Does not have lawfully on board an unexpired certificate or number and (ii) Is not a watercraft described by Parks and Wildlife Code § 31.055. (5) The definition of "junked vehicle" includes a part or parts of such a vehicle.

6. PRIVATE TRAILERS PARKED IN THE
CITY'S RIGHT-OF-WAY
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, place or allow any type of trailer or semitrailer, or any item of mobile recreation equipment, to remain on any public street, highway or public property within the City, and the presence of such trailers and mobile recreation equipment upon any public street, highway or public property is hereby declared illegal and to be a public nuisance.
