The Planning and Zoning Process has main steps:

1. Submit plat, re-plat, amended plat, or re-zoning request with the $300.00 non-refundable application fee to the Code Enforcement Office.
2. Present request to the Planning and Zoning Commission and take the recommendation (for re-zoning only) to the City Council for final determination.
