Airport FBO RFP 2024
The City of Sweetwater (hereinafter referred to as "City") is requesting proposals from qualified aviation operators to operate the City's facilities as the City's FBO to include terminal, leased hangars, refueling station with branded Jet-A and Avgas aviation fuels for storage and resale at the Sweetwater Municipal "Avenger" Airport, located in Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas.

 

 

The City of Sweetwater was established in 1881. We are located on Interstate 20, which is abundant with traffic, making Sweetwater an excellent location for travelers to stop and enjoy West Texas. Sweetwater is famous for being home to the World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup hosted by the Sweetwater Jaycees on the second weekend of March. The City of Sweetwater maintains five parks, a golf course, city pool, dog park, and splash pad.
